MEET NIKKI

President & Agency Director

As the President and Agency Director of Talentology, Nikki leads the day-to-day operations of this dynamic speakers’ bureau and talent agency. She leverages her professional experience and expertise to fulfill the agency’s mission: combining people and production to connect talented professionals with the clients who need them. 

Nikki is a certified Human Resources Professional (SHRM-CP) with more than two decades of professional experience, including HR, events and entertainment production, adult and professional education, financial services, and nonprofit leadership. So, she knows first-hand how important it is to prioritize people and put forth quality work. This breadth of experience and determined work ethic led her to start Talentology in 2016. Because of this multifaceted foundation combined with her unique expertise, Nikki can look at (and solve) any business challenge from multiple angles. 

Through Nikki’s leadership, the agency is poised to become an extension of any organization through Human Resources and people-focused business solutions that optimize legacy systems, maximize efficiency, and add much-needed capacity.

MEET Dr. Breeze Harper

Director of Diversity and Sustainability

Dr. Harper is a decorated professional with extensive work experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging (DEIAJB) in the business world. She holds a PhD in Cultural Geography from U.C. Davis, a Master of Arts in Educational Technologies from Harvard University, and a  Bachelor of Arts in feminist geography from Dartmouth College.

Dr. Harper has 15+ years career experience as a diversity, equity, and inclusion expert, ranging from curriculum development, to conference planning, to research and reporting, to publishing books and articles, to workshop design and facilitation, to recruitment and retainment, to critical content editing, to strategic consulting.

She has published multiple books and other publications, has led over 70 keynote talks, and is known as an innovator in her field. Dr. Harper leads our clients’ insights into improving their ethical practices and strengthening their organizations’ everyday business practices.

She thrives on delivering high-quality, actionable steps organizations can take to improve their workplace, workforce, and workflow more equitably, ethically, and sustainably.

MEET STEPHANIE

Professional Learning & Curriculum Lead

Stephanie is our Professional Learning and Curriculum Lead. She combines education, expertise, experience, and a love of lifelong learning. She breathes life and energy into teaching, learning, and professional development for everyone, from children and young adults to workers newly entering the workforce, emerging leaders, and highly experienced executives.

Behind her formal education, professional educator credentials, and undergraduate and graduate degrees is her genuine passion for connecting with people and connecting people with learning through engaging experiences. #WINNING!

With almost a decade of experience in operations support, Anna Tran is a true asset to Talentology. As our Client Operations Coordinator, she is responsible for coordinating workflows, connecting with clients, and refining processes, all with a focus on providing exceptional service to our clients.

Media Manager

Joshua is a two-time Emmy Award-winning video journalist and photographer with 10 years of experience in media. He has been on the front lines throughout his career, elevating public engagement through powerful digital storytelling.

Joshua brings a wealth of expertise to Talentology. His creative guidance, passion for storytelling, and attention to detail make him a standout team member.
