Yes. Liaison Extended and Concierge tiers include integration with FG Funnels, Google Calendar, HubSpot, and Salesforce. If you’re running a different system, contact us — we’ve connected to most major CRMs and can discuss custom integration options.

Yes — and it’s important to understand what that means. Liaison receptionists handle the entire call in the caller’s language. This is not interpretation, which bridges between two parties. This is end-to-end multilingual call handling: one receptionist, one caller, one language. Bilingual coverage is available in the Concierge tier.

Overage minutes are billed at $0.95/min for Essential and Extended tiers, and $0.75/min for Concierge. There are no surprise fees — overage is itemized on your monthly invoice.

Yes. Liaison receptionists are trained on confidentiality protocols and can work within HIPAA, attorney-client privilege, and government-adjacent compliance frameworks. We’ll discuss your specific requirements during onboarding.
Standard onboarding is 5–7 business days. That includes brand training, greeting approval, CRM integration (if applicable), and a test call. Rush onboarding is available for Concierge clients.
